W went back up to Brad & Krisann's so the kids could play together more and Jiao-Jiao was playing on the floor in the kitchen... the light in their kitchen is always gorgeous so I thought why not see how much fun it could be pushing the iPhone camera way past it's limits shooting into the light... feels sort of Holga-esque!

January 9th, 2010Bowling!

We went to visit Abby, Shawn, Krisann & Brad... and so we went bowling! Krisann got to play with the D3 so I finally got some more pics with my daughter! Jiao-Jiao weighs all of 31lbs so even the 6lbs ball was a bit much for her... thank goodness for bumper bowling!

January 8th, 2010International Jiao-Jiao...

This was a big morning... we took Jiao-Jiao to get her US Passport!
Now she has a 'red book' AND a 'blue book' like Mommie & Daddie!

So I was out on an appointment and new I was passing a spot I had been meaning to stop at and shoot some still images. Well, finding a place to park lead me to a place I did not know existed. parked the car and hung out for quite a while... it was a cold day but it was so peaceful there I didn't want to leave...

January 5th, 2010Room with a view...

So we were heading out for an appointment when I spotted this...
it's thru the car window so a bit fuzzy. I saw the 'RENT' plastered on this thing and couldn't help imagining what it would be like to convert something like that into living space!!! You could make a track around the outer edge and imagine the kick butt windows you could install!!! Just don't come home drunk or lugging a bunch of groceries... or a 4yr old... hmmmm an elevator install may be necessary!
